
Have your say: Customer and Communities Strategy consultation launches
We are creating a new Customer and Communities Strategy and we want your views on the future of the services that matter to you. Your opinions will directly influence our strategy, so this is your chance to have a say through our online survey which is now open.
Through the proposals in our new strategy we aim to:
• Increase the number of enquiries we get ‘right first time’
• Take a proactive approach which will reduce the need for you to contact us
• Provide a responsive Neighbourhoods service which keeps your community clean, green and safe
• Sustain tenancies through a range of support and not to evict someone into homelessness
• Provide good value for money on service charges
We would like to hear your views on these proposals to make sure we get things right for customers.
The questions will take around 4-5 minutes to answer and you can enter a prize draw for the chance to win a £25 voucher.
