We are pleased to share our Social Value report 2023/24, which highlights the impact we have made for local people, communities and the planet.
As a purpose-driven organisation, we believe that everyone deserves a safe, secure, and affordable home — the foundation for a successful life. In the last year we have built more than 500 new homes, ensuring that good-quality, affordable housing is available for those that so desperately need it.
Our development programme is also supporting jobs and helping to boost productivity by ensuring every region has the homes it needs to grow. Combined with our community investment services, we are making a tangible difference, providing people with the opportunities they need to pursue better life chances and build brighter futures.
Our Social Value report measures the impact of our work to support our customers, and communities.
