We’ve recently been made aware of a new scam targeting our customers, and we want to make sure you’re informed and stay safe.

What’s happening?
Some of our customers have received phone calls from individuals claiming to be solicitors. These callers are asking for proof of ID, proof of address, and documents related to damp and mould investigations. When asked how they got the customer’s details, the company claimed they were provided by “your landlords” but couldn’t specify who.

The calls are coming from a number starting 0330, but scammers often use fake or withheld numbers to hide their identity.
